Barbara Segner & Associates have been in business since 1990 serving Clayton, Henry and Fayette counties in Georgia.  We specialize in single family home rentals and small multi-family properties. We are a full service property management company dedicated to the profitability of your investment. We handle the marketing, screening, leasing, repair and maintenance, as well as the emergencies associated with your property. Also our "Ready to Rent" guidelines provide you with the information necessary to get your home ready to show in an ever-increasing competitive rental market. Our fee schedule is available by email upon request.
